Fees

Single (1 musician in a Holiday Inn Patriot Room).................................................$825

Double (2 musicians in a Holiday Inn Patriot Room).......................$650 per musician 

No Holiday Inn Patriot Room..............................................................$475 per musician

Spouse/Guest Fee (Required to attend all Consort Functions)...........................$25                            

            
Payment Schedule
  •  Deposit of $25* is needed to make a reservation.

  • 1st payment is due June 1st and must be at least 1/2 of your balance. ( See your acceptance letter for balance information.)

  • Final payment is due July 15.

  • Music is sent when your fee is paid in full. Music will be mailed on June 1st and July 15th.
     *The deposit fee which is used for registration expenses is non-refundable.
  After Aug. 1 there will be no refunds except for the Holiday Inn Room fee.
